I use this when my knee bothers me. Usually when it is bugging me I will wake up in the middle of the night from the pain. Now when I use Arthritic Relief Oil I find I can sleep through the night and awake pain free! Use this as often as needed, there will be a brief warming sensation and the fragrance of Chamomile will dissipate shortly after applying. I can't say whether or not it is non staining but it has never stained anything of mine and would be no different than using a suntan oil.
